Wastes time. It is possible but if you struggle with time under pressure its gonna be harder to cut and still make it sound legit and not sloppy

Should be. At my exam centre the lady said something like "at this point now, if anyone has any prohibited items, bring them to the front and you will not be penalised" after that it would have been 0.
