Assuming that preliminary and HSC maths essentially 'build' upon the knowledge we've already learnt, would it be useful to keep notes from year 9/10 maths classes?

Didn't make it although i had pretty good reports by my old schools standards. My parents decided public schools in newcastle are terrible so i was sent to private when we moved up here. Facilities are better but uniform code is SHITHOUSE. And I find we're being spoonfed the curriculum, too...

Tends to go that when ugly, gigantic bags are a part of the uniform (aka. private schools), your bag tends to weight alot more.

I'm hoping that HSC geography is very different to the stage 5 course. Year 9/10 geography was so stupid!
