You get your main quotes, know what they mean, then memorise topic sentences for each paragraphCan u explain how do skeleton
II've been practicing getting my quotes down fast as well as adapting to questions that's hard for my quote set, as well as getting chatGPT to give me feedback on what I've written to see where I can improve
I don’t know if your teachers have mentioned it but as an HSC marker I tell students not to memorise essays because the HSC is designed so stucents don’t rely on memory but analysis .Dw guys I never memorise essays and if you know a skeleton it should be good!!,
see comment about memorising abovehow many essays have yous memorised for english
im terrible at english so i dont really have a choicesee comment about memorising above
teachers keep saying this but last term, for the first time, i memorised an essay.... it was the first time i got an A in an in-class essay...I don’t know if your teachers have mentioned it but as an HSC marker I tell students not to memorise essays because the HSC is designed so stucents don’t rely on memory but analysis .
I also make sure that students are aware that we usually can decide your mark by reading your introduction so I encourage you to memorise an introduction and be ready to make a few changes that relate to your question but keeping the bulk of it .
if you would like more info from one English teacher‘s perspective or HSC markers feel free to send me a pm and I will follow up for you .
Good luck with the trials
yeah im gonna do thisDw guys I never memorise essays and if you know a skeleton it should be good!!,
yeh but i got trials in 2 days so gotta do this for nowIf you work on developing a thorough understanding of your approach to the module and have the evidence for it, with enough practise you’ll be able to write a unique response every time in the exam that fits the question optimally and doesn’t sound regurgitated
just make a base essay and then practise by changing it to a bunch of old questionsyeh but i got trials in 2 days so gotta do this for now
im tryna memorise all my essays idk when i can fit in adaptingjust make a base essay and then practise by changing it to a bunch of old questions
