How long does an application for special consideration usually take to get processed?

what about the wierd aspects of it?

I mean like mainly comments, like I c all mah mates posting satricial things about some people and sometimes I feel kinda restricted, for reasons of being scared that I might offend somebody or make myself look wierd...does that happen to you too?
