when the media publishes our details after the universities have accepted the students from the prelim round to late round , IS THE UAI GOING TO be publised as well ?? if i get accepted into uni , my name will be published in the newspapers but will he uai be published...

My friend has a uai of 60.80 he wants to do a science degree which has a cut off of 60. He would also like to do a med science degree which has a uai cut off 62-65. Would he be able to make it to uni into either degree ?? Thanks !!
