I actually did use that tutoring this year but honestly it's not that useful like you can do without ithave you tried selective specialist, I’ve heard it’s good, you should take a look at it
Thanks for sharing your feedback! Just to add some context, I think you joined us a little bit late to prepare well for the exam, as you joined during term 2 holidays and the holiday course exam program(no lessons in term 3 also), rather than the weekly lessons with notes and techniques that had already been running since the start of Term 1. The EduTest is a skills- and aptitude-based exam, which really requires consistent practice over a long period of time time rather than short-term cramming, so the students who build up gradually across the year tend to see the most benefit. EduTest is an exam that shouldn't be crammed, since it requires time to build those skills and time management.I actually did use that tutoring this year but honestly it's not that useful like you can do without it
Hi I do think that I was rushing to prepare a bit but if I do sit the exam next year I will consider professional tutoring if I really have toThanks for sharing your feedback! This year we’ve had students receive offers to James Ruse and Baulkham Hills for Year 9 entry, and even top 3 EduTest exam ranking for Y8 James Ruse entry.
i was preparing for roughly 4-5 months before but the last month was especially when i put all my focus into HAST i just kept telling myself that this was my last chance haha@shaunakkk how long did u started preparing like since when? to get that result 4 girra

yes t1 but only for hast though as I found that my overall portfolio was too incompetent for baulko admission, I will do it next t yearso started using their tutiton 4 hast n edutest (together from the start or what?) since this yrs t1 right ?
Yep there is pretty good chance, but they still do ask you interview questions. Generally it is more of a formality to assess if you actually want to join the school.Does having an interview with baulko means automatically in?
I think this is very true, it really depends on the student. I remember when I transferred into NSB a couple of us did a lot better(got ATAR 99.50+) whilst others didn't do as well. But I think the environment would be better since you can basically learn from the smartest students in the state. At least that's how I found it.im not a transfer, but at that late stage, it could be beneficial or bad for you. a few transfers have done well in ruse so in that aspect its wroth it, but there are transfers who have found it difficult to adjust to the competition and therefore it was bad. if you're average in your school, you might have a hard time in ruse, but in saying that, I don't think its too late to keep trying. if your school is really not great or providing great competition for you, then there's no harm in trying out for year 11 entry. you could find it better in your new school you might not be friends with the entire grade but you have other transfer friends to be friends with, so its not bad in that aspect either.
