That’s not true usually when I pull a all nighter for English I get like full marks or close to it even for other subjects

yea ur just built diff but all nighter is like a 90% fail rate if you have not done that shit before trust i had like maybe 14 friends try it with me non succesfull

mhm i know from pulling all nighers in year 11 first time was so baad i did so shit but after the third all nighter i got into the swing of things i was like batman sleeping in the afternoon and studying all night highly not recommend its an extremely shit practice

yeah cause guys u need enough rem sleep in order to remember the stuff u study. So even if u try memorising stuff, if u don't get enough rem sleep it will be a waste of ur time cause u won't remember it.

basically u need 1.5-2hrs of rem sleep and each rem cycle occurs roughly every 90mins. All together u need 3-5 rem cycles. So basically if u sleep 5 hrs you'll you'll barely get 3 cycles. Don't mind me I'm bored

Yeah me rn I haven’t done no work 🥲 but yesterday I took a 20 min nap at like 6 and memorised everything without forgetting so I think ill be good
