Could somebody please help me with (vi)?

Have you learned differentiation? It's just differentiating D2 with respect to x.

D2' = 2x + 32ln(5-x).(-1/(5-x)) then make the common denominator of 5-x. Then the negative sign will carry into the denominator, which gives you the denominator of x-5, as required.

EDIT: too slow.

yeah i just forgot bout the differentiating with a bracket
