Imagine you are walking home in the dark and you see a man being beaten by three bigger men. Nobody has noticed you, what do you do?

One day you and your friend get into a big fight. You are in the main street of town and your friend pushes you against a wall. You push her back and then you begin physically fighting. The police walk past and stop you both and start asking questions. Do you think Police have a right to do this?
YES/NO

You and a big group of friends are sitting at a bench on the street at 9PM. The police approach you and ask to look in your bags. Once they check everybody’s they ask you to separate into smaller groups and move on. Is this?
