Normally it appears that quanta to quarks are most popular.

It for some reason appears to be the hardest?

I was almost about to pick quanta for the sole purpose because surfing has a book on that, and i'm a very big fan of surfing.

Though i picked medical in the end. There isn't much to learn in it and I already know most of the radioactivity sections from Chemistry.

Isn't Astrophysics slightly more popular than Q2Q?

Let me tell you that Astrophyics sucks. I wish we did age of sillicon or Q2Q. :(

Q2Q seems to be more common...the idea that its a follow on from the last core topic, I2I is the reason why my teacher decided to do that. Seems alright as a topic.

We're doing medical, but I really wanted Q2Q. We almost got enough votes and then the teacher told us that the head of department 'decided' we should do medical.

DIE EVIL TEACHER!!!

Medical physics. I find it the most interesting of the option topics (not to mention the most straightforward, with the exception of MRI), but then again, I am looking to go into that field post-HSC.

Since there are only 2 chemistry and 2 physics classes, we didn't get to choose our option topic.

It is.:D And its not too long, and its straightforward... once you get your head around nuclear magnetic resonance.

We only studied one option topic. I assumed all physics classes in NSW also only studied one, since it seems kinda pointless studying two...

We were pretty pressed for time - but then again, we did get every wednesday off school :p
