If you get above 110 then you're basically assured high 90s (someone correct me?!) what do you mean screw up scaling anyway... 4U is such that you don't get a noticeable advantage with regards UAI after you get past around 95+... because the no. of marks you get (and each one is harder to get because you have to be exponentially more careful...) are progressively less effective at giving you extra points. If that made sense at all..

No - why would it? If anything, it would simply augment it further. The benefit would be negligible, however. Turtle_2468 was correct when he described a 'point of diminishing returns', beyond which scaling has little effect (as it will have adjusted your mark so much already).
