hey all im just wondering how hard is it to get a yearly average mark of 80 in a bachelor of medical science or advanced science ...im thinking of trying out for combined medicine!

Hahahaha says the guy with a 98+ UAI:p

Yeah apparently 98 UAI is equivalent to a WAM of about 85, so work it out from there

really so its not that hard. since i dont have to do english and geo in med sci maybe i could have a HD average!!!!! im also a fairly independant worker too!!!!!! yayish

It takes a fair bit of work, personally I hover around an avg of about 80. And also, as u get into second and third years it gets much more competitive so chances are ur WAM will drop unless, u work even harder.

yaaah but ur doing science (advanced maths) ..would med science b much easier?

i got a uai of 98.85 without much work, and a WAM of 78 without much work

if you can pull a uai bigger than 98ish, and you're willing to put in the time then it shouldn't be too bad.

I did 40% more than I should have, still got an average of about 88; 84.5 for the third year part, and 90 for the first year.
