Working in an ACT bar/liquor store (1 Viewer)

Hey, does anyone know if one requires a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate to work in an ACT bar/liquor store? Thanks.

I'm from overseas mate, I just heard from my friend in Sydney that you need this RSA thing in NSW so I was just checking if you'd need the same thing in ACT. Thanks for the info anyway.

Ah, ok, sorry, yeah you do everywhere in Australia. But now some that used to be valid in all states aren't anymore, make sure you check it's valid for the ACT.

i work at one bottle shop in NSW, YOU MUST HAVE ONE! anywhere in Aus.

You don't actually need one in the ACT because its a terrible backwards territory. Its recommended but not necessary.
EDIT: It is at the discretion of the employer. My cousin owns a bar in civic and I have friends there that work in bars.
