windows suggestion (1 Viewer)

on my computer, i have windows home atm, yeah and i wanted to have powerpoint, word, etc because alot of my studying is involved with these, how do i get it? windows office? if i installed it, would it reformat my windows home and lose everything i have or what? suggestions thanks :)

MS Office is a separate software to Windows and will not affect the OS or anything else on file.

If you're going to buy Office, check out the academic version.

If you're on a tight budget, OpenOffice should suffice your office'y needs.

This program package is free and includes:
Word Processor
Spreadsheets
Vector Graphics Module
Presentation Module
Math Editor

EDIT: It's also out on BitTorrent. Quite good, about 200KB/s.

i doubt that greatly considering its a pretty large file...

you've gotta go out and buy the CD :)

yeah lol i'll probably go to office works to check up tomorrow, but i wanted to wait for vista but its a long wait so i might as well get office
