lol mathock i noticed before u were asking who entered, lol my school entered for the first time, but we didnt win anything but it was heaps of fun, in fact my team was the crappiest in our practices but on the day we beat the rest of our school, so we were proud.. but congrats on the achievement, we're entering again next year so this threads helping me brush up, lol i forgot most of it after the comp lmao

i was always taught to put the acid in the buerette. place a peice of white paper under flask and goin clear is not a prob. we also used universal for titrations.

The acid may not always be in the burrette. Usually u have the known concentrated solution in the burrette and the unknown below it.
