Do 4U state rankers usually go to any tutoring place, and if so which one is most common?

Um......just searched it up...but Karen Gong she went to Matrix Tuition college and came 2nd in the state for EXT 2 mathematics in 2015.

That just says that she went to Matrix Education for at least one subject. But what's the guarantee that she went there specifically for Extension 2?
