What was the point of the library upgrade? (1 Viewer)

Besides:
A) Removing a tonne of computers, meaning I either have to que for an hour or hope there's not a class in the teaching labs in wallace wurth.
B) Removing a tonne of desks, meaning I have to transverse up and down several stories till I can find somewhere to study.
C) Recoloring the walls, carpet and stairs in fluro orange....

I heard they are expanding individual work spaces i.e. putting in more tables and chairs.

University of New South Wales - Library - Library Building

* greater floor space - the library will expand into Level 10
* flexible spaces - new informal reading and lounge areas
* new study spaces - Levels 3 & 4 will offer group study rooms, media booths and more student space
* 900 study spaces
