i'm currently 10th in eng adv, 20th in english ext, 7th and 6th in latin continuers and extension respectively, 1st in legal, 20th in modern, no idea in history extension...
What do you think i'm looking at, at the moment?

yet HAHS ranks ~20...
im in ~360 however there are people in school's ranked more baddly haha.

Don't worry too much; heaps of people were lazy during the holidays as a result of the half yearlies, I was the same too. On the 2nd week I barely did any work T_T
But now it's the time to step up, as everyone is doing it now

If you attain that you'll get 99.5 +
I could realistically get these ranks in most of the subjects except for latin cont. and extension. The latin class is comprised of the girls who are overall ranked top 5 in the grade (so being at a selective school that means physics, chem, maths ext2 & you can note I don't do ANY maths) The girls are crazy and out of the nine of us the usual exam marks go (out of 100):
1st: 99
2nd: 98
3rd: 97.5
=4th: 97
6th: 94
=7th (me!): 81
9th: 60
It is known to me that band 6 latin raw mark was 75 in 2010 (head marker extension) so yeah, i don't know how latin is going to affect me and how the class dynamics will impact my ATAR (good or bad?)

I think you'll be comfortably looking at 99+ those are solid ranks
to OP, you have to pull up ur english ext and modern ranks if you really want a chance at gettin 99+
also, im basing this on ranks only, the only subject i did from ur subjects up there was adv. english, and that was my shittest (school rank top 20, individual rank about 20ish) ended up with a final mark of 88, still got the 99+ atar

No friggin way. It is faaar easier than that for her!
Infact, imo, if she gets the ranks you've stated, she'd be looking at a 99.7ish
@OP: Imo, you're looking at a 99+ already. Improve on the modern mark and make it a certainty

I think slyhunter's ranks were probably a little high for a 99. I think considering your school's sensational rank you would not need to get as high ranking as sly said. I think if you got the ranks he said you would get 99.8! (ish, but above 99.5 for sure)
I'm incredibly jelly. Firstly, the candidatures for some of your subjects is amazing(80 for Ext 1!!!50 for Ext history!!!!). And secondly, your school actually runs a latin continuers and extension class! Thirdly and most importantly, top 5 consistently!!! *dies of jelly*
I wonder what the candidature at your school would be for maths ext and ext 2 english woah!
