I had an EAS application in and I wrote them what I hoped was a very convincing letter. Either one or a combination of both worked and I got in! Great to know that all the hard work and stuffing around pays off - particulalrly as my b/f has been applying for jobs in the canberra area lately (has anyone had to write a cover letter... its like doing an essay, it takes all day, and theres no guareentee your even going to get an interview...) and it would've sucked if he had've got a job there and I didn't get into my course!Originally posted by MrA

Congratulations to everyone on getting thier preferences... remember even if you don't get your first there are alot of people who won't get an offer at all, so we're the lucky (in my case, very lucky!) ones...
