No probs...
I did my pip on Fast Food, because it was a topic i was comfortable in doing.
Choose a topic tha YOU are comfortable with...by comfortable i mean a topic that you can put your heart and soul into, and be inspired to write about it.
The next step is the hardest, you have to research on it, and write approximately 5000 words on it, include use of research methodologies like (don't have to use all of them, just 1 or 2 is fine) surveys/questionairres , interviews and focus groups.
It's a bit easier once you realise you can use other sources...and talk about them, thats like a few thousand words right there =).
Make sure you keep a record of what you do each day, like a diary, so that you can write it up as part of your "log".
And also remember to properly reference all material you use.
All the best and good luck. Have a good christmas =).
