? could some one explain ty ^^
A car travels due east with a speed of 55.0 km/h. Raindrops are falling at a constant speed vertically with respect to the Earth. The traces of the rain on the side windows of the car make an angle of 75.0° with the vertical. Find the velocity of the rain with respect to the following reference frames.

the angle with the vertical is the angle that the rain would be making with a line going straight down

I'm guessing an angle of 75' with the vetical would mean an angle of 15' with the horizontal

so vertical u = u sin15
and horizontal v = u cos 15
