Can someone please explain to me what I need to do? Like do I have to say how useful each resource was or does it just mean I write all over my notes?

Right, so do I write a few sentences like " I found this useful because.... but it wasnt good because..." or do I just put arrows everywhere that point at certain useful sentences or highlight something good?

i hate annotating things, they want comments on crap like bias and stuff. it is a useless excercise
