i just want to know, like what happens if you fail say one of your course?

say i fail chem1101, i have to do it again next semester till i pass it and so i can progress onto chem1102?

does that mean i will always be one semester behind in chemistry? and if so>? can i catch up in summer school?

what happens if you fail half of the course...(i know, its that bad for me)

i think you will be a year behind..well i know if i fail chem (which is likely) i can't go on to chemistry B next sem, meaning that i'll need to do chem A again next year with the 1st year students and then continue onto chem B afterwards.

talk to your faculty and they might let you do chem next semester and then do chem A again in summer school or next semester

but this time i have legit reasons to freak out, i just looked at a past paper and i couldn't do it, even though i crammed for the past few days, it's like i couldn't put that knowledge into practice, ahhh yuck and i don't wanna sleep because then it will be sunday

go to sleep, relax ur brain, get the info. sorted, then in the morning try the exam paper. u'll probably do a whole lot better.

past papers may be very irrelevant ... as syllabus may have changed...

and the worst thing can happen is panicking...
chill, but do cram to 120% 2morrow... haf a earlie nite slp, and u'd do fine...

um its like worth 75%!!! and ive just barely passed the other component

so i'll probably need around 75/2, almost 40ish percent in this exam...fuck, i don't think ill make it.

some subjects allow you to do the semester 2 subject but you will still have to repeat the course you failed in the second year

if by hecs you mean full-fee then yes. more hecs to pay
If you can show that you have tried to pass but it just escaped your clutches then you could perhaps do chem1102

ive only got Hypothesis testing, regression and maths of finance to revise.
hypothesis testing i know about 80%.
