low fat mayo was for the taste (was getting bored)are you trying to lose weight or ~clean bulk~ or eat healthy
because if you're on a 'diet' but still using mayo that's dumb

i also don't get quinoa as a 'diet' food
it's calorie heavy, carb heavy and boring

and quinoa for complex carbs and fibre when I don't eat much oats.
