Guys guys let's all calm down. Raw not raw whatever, we all like different things. There's no point arguing about how red meat should look like or taste like or whatever.

breakfast: i was too lazy to make bacon and eggs + slept in and running late, so i just had a bowl of mueslie
lunch: free sausages and veggie burgers from the student union building.
dinner: tuna and rice.

What is wrong with you people? Steak is best eaten rare and bloody.

Anyway there's a dish called steak tartare.

Google it, this will be sure to get you sick if the sight of delicious rare steak does.

i don't really eat carbs anyway, once a week i'll have a "cheat meal" but w/e why is high fat, low carb the way to go?

and i plan on creamy chicken and mushroom for dinner :D


also: nutrition people, i've decided instead of fucking around and trying to decide what i want to have for dinner each day i'll have a 3 day cycle of fish, chicken, steak. do you approve? is there anything wrong with this idea?

5 egg whites and 2 yolks scrambled with some milk and cheese for breakfast

tuna in olive oil and almonds for morning tea

fish and vegetable curry for lunch with natural yoghurt and a tsp peanut butter for lunch

3 cups of tea

Lunch...haloumi, lettuce and tomato sandwich for lunch
