Be afraid::
Bowl of cereal, yogurt, mandarin, salad sandwich, apple, scone, some chocolate, eggs and toast, beetroot and salad for 'dessert' and loads of water..haha is that an uber amount or just more than everyone else? haha eep!

11am - "lunch" break, had microwaved beef, bacon and cheese spirals

8:30pm - T-bone steak with mushroom sauce, side of garden salad, beer battered chips
11pm - korean onion rings chips, 2 glasses OJ, kinder chocolate, 2 pieces timtams
