200g fat free cottage cheese
chicken, heaps of lettuce/baby spinach, tabouli
protein shake with chia seeds
dinner was the same as lunch (chicken salad etc)
natural yogurt with almonds, strawberries, chia seeds, cinnamon

tea
coke zero
water

did a yoga class and ~60 minutes of walking

0 cigarettes; addiction is a myth.

Not really, but I try and minimize meat consumption, especially red meat.

I eat a fair bit of seafood though.

Lunch: Subway 6 inch seafood sensation.
Dinner: Some spinach trianges.
Tea.

i had maple marinated pork with pumpkin puree and a waldorf salad homg
then i had some natural yogurt

Dinner was a rappa from Oporto
Dinner # 2 was like two slices of prawn pizza.
Then a slice of cake.

I had some decent food, almost the same as any other day though.

Breakfast: Weet-Bix and orange juice
Snack: Ricotta cheese with 2 slices of wholegrain bread
Lunch: 2 Banana muffins and picnic chocolate bar
Dinner: Gochujang Bulgoki
