I am considering making a smoothie, but perhaps some cereal and toast would be more appropriate since the blender is going to be extremely loud at this hour of the morning.

Didn't that thing apparently just earn the heart foundation tick? I think the standards are weird to achieve that; I believe it is based on the percentage of 'good' things, but not the percentage of crap and sugars etc.

cereal, coffee, oj, apple, milk, salmon sandwich, two ham and mustard sandwiches, coke, milk, magnum, water, dinner at Lebanese restaurant including: lady fingers, vine leaves, hommus, taboulli, bread, chicken, lamb,cauliflower, cabbage rolls, prawns, baclava, Lebanese coffee, and also an apple and milk.

I can't really expalin it much simpler. I don't eat meat normally however when I was drunk I did. At first it was accidental (i.e. I didn't realize there was meat in it), then after I was halfway through it and realized what I was eating I just thought I should eat the rest of it then as it did taste okay. It didn't agree with my body the next day though.

i had the worst dinner. hard boiled egg and rice. eugh.
