hi... i got an overall rank of 1 in both my chem and bio class...*and im really happy*.... but there is like a real prospect of me easily slippn down to 4th in the hsc ranking...*really worried*.... so if this does happen wat happens to my internal and external mark as well as my uai.... does anyone know

if your final rank is 4th internally, then when you go the exam, you keep the mark for whatever you get as your hsc exam mark, and for your moderated assessment mark, you get the 4th highest mark from your cohort.
so for example if the top 5 exams marks were 96, 94, 93, 92 and 90, then 92 would be your moderated assessment mark plus whatever you get as your exam mark stays that way. your hsc subject mark is those the addition of assessment and exam mark divide by 2.
