Apparently this is part of a broader scheme to move the university into being complete online learning environment, so no more tutorials. I've also heard it will affect science students too.
I personally think it's a joke, particularly for law and science students, imagine being a science student without any practicals? For me, the 1 hour tutorials for law are BARELY enough as it is...
