well ok... how about a little more examples, which sound a little more technical or whatever than "landfill" coz i need to know this one too...

- our reliance on computers leaves us vulnerable to systems loss (although u already have that ^^)
- there may be a breakdown in face-to-face relationships, with teh focus at home on tv/computer rather than family, and this is also fuelled by the fact that it is becoming easier to communicate on the phone/www than actually meeting up
- there will prolli be a change in employment structure because there'll be a greater demand for computer literacy; those in unskilled labour jobs will disadvantage from such change.

-the rate at which the transistors per square inch (or per square cm) is rapidily increasing, meaning technology a few years old becomes obsolete, meaning more money has to be spent.
