1 - everyone should consume 24,000kj as a minimum on a bulk regardless of their weight, you must to gain mass.
2 - too much focus on isolation? you need that to put on mass, compounds help with spot-fat burning contray to popular belief.
3 - overtraining is not possible when your eating 24,000kjs+

ANYWAY, here's my current routine

Monday; back/biceps

Lat pull down 3x8-12
Bent over row 3x8-12
T-bar row 3x8-12
Deadlifts 3x8-10
barbell 21's x 3
Incline curls 3x8-12 last set superset with seated hammer curls
Hammer curls 3x8-12
Concentration curls 3x8-12 extra set on left arm

Tuesday- Chest/tris
incline db press 3x8-12
incline flies 3x8-12
db press 3x8-12
flies 3x8-12
close grip bb press 3x8-12
lying tricep extensions 3x8-12 extra set left arm
tricep cable push down 3x12-15
tricep bench dips 3x12 (emphasis on negative motion)

Wednesday: rest OR cardio+abs+calves

Thursday: legs (yewwwwwwwwwww)
Leg press 3x8-12
weighted walking lunges 3x20
front squats 3x8-12
romanian squats (pretty much a lunge with your rear leg elevated on a bench) 3x12
leg extension 3x8-12
Leg curl 3x8-12
Single leg leg press 3x8-12
Protein shake
Calf raise drop set from 55kg-10kg

Friday: shoulders, abs
db press 3x8-12
lateral raises 3x8-12
upright row 3x8-12
rear delt raises 3x8-12

weighted russian twists x 50
pulse ups x 50
crunches x 50
^my ab workout is done without rests between different exercises as a super set x 3

Saturday/sunday = rest/cardio
If i have either saturday or sunday off work, i have another arms workout if my arms are feeling up to it.

its how i like to train as well, more exercises for greater volume
a lot of people are different, maybe you just like doing 1-3 exercises lifting really heavy weights, which is also great, some would argue better, the amount of work done is rougly equal

also dude, i would probably recommend doing your squats at the start of your leg day, cos its the biggest compound movement
but its looks pretty solid, geared towards aesthetics

I've switched to a pretty simple full body workout which I'm doing 3 times a week. Finding it to be absolutely terrific at the moment, but will probably switch back to a split anyway once I've developed a decent frame again.

Routine is basically 3 sets of between 8-10 reps involving all the main compounds (front squats, stiffed legged dead lifts, barbell rows, incline dumbbell press, dumbbell shoulder press). Huge emphasis on rest time which should be 30-45 seconds between sets.

May appear too simple to work, but I highly highly recommend giving this a shot.

normally i'd get chocolate, but this comes in all fruity stuff, so i'd probably get the lime one unless it tastes gross.

I've had raspberry lemonade and blue raspberry and both were pretty sour, so I'm assuming they all are.
My friend told me to try lemon/lime and to stay away from grape.

I literally just drank some now. Trust me, try and get it online (EBay). It's like $35 shipped with express post. In stores I've seen it for like $65-80.

Otherwise I'm not sure where to buy it in stores :( In terms of flavor try the blue one (I think tropical fruit punch - will check the tub when I go down stairs). Tastes so much better than Superpump and ESPECIALLY NO-Xplode.

in the 3 week holiday period, increased my squats from 90kgs to 130kgs :p

140kg 1 rep max so far, could do more on the 1 rep max but havent tried solely for it

and in about the first 2 weeks of the holidays 68kgs -> 71.5kgs.. at 5"6.. made some pretty decent progress.. but my protein tub which was brand new 3 weeks ago is now all but exhausted lol

ive been goin to the gym for weeks now gettin pretty strong too haha, dis is my routine

- 3x10 bicep curls (10kg)
- 3x5 squatz (15kg)
- 2x50 situpz
- 5x5 chest presses (10kg)
hey bros i bulked up heaps since my last visit wallaaa
