i don't really get how the 2nd round offers work, but from the uac site, i noticed
Change of preferences have now closed for Main Round offers
does that mean, you're allowed to change your preferences for the 2nd round offers?
and is that the same for vtac? caz on the vtac site i dun see anywhere that allows you to change your preferences at all. (i did something really stupid and put the wrong course
, same course name but it's different... )
