Does anyone know why the demand for construction project management at UTS is much higher than UNSW ?

UTS is more applied construction management; and would be an easier degree from what I hear.
Although, UNSW would probably be a better degree though, if you want to get better jobs. It will put you in a better management role later. Also more research opportunities.

UTS is a technical college whereas UNSW is more academic, thus those looking for a more applied and practical education tend to prefer UTS, however as above poster said UNSW is a prestigious Go8 school and is favoured by employers, and holds more potential in terms of future management/directing roles. It depends on your own personal ambition.

I may be biased, but either way i choose UTS for CPM.
Doing it right now - in my third year.

UNSW course isnt that good from what ive heard.
Generally the faculty is better e.g. modern / new facilities
UTS > UNSW > UWSin job choice. Its easier to get a job at UTS than UNSW
It right next to frikkin central compared to randwick which is a B***H to get to.
The city is all around you.
