If i accept an early December round offer (by putting UTS 1st), does that mean that i will NOT get an offer in the main round?

No. Just change your preferences in time for the main round offers (which I believe is today). I got three offers when I first applied through UAC (one at UTS during early round, UNSW during main round & USYD during late round). Same applies to the the late round.
