LOL, usyd spends so much money on marketing.

a few days ago i recieved a hard cover book....

UNSW we pay half of that

$550 isn't union fee, it's union fee, SRC and sports union and plus a joining fee if you're new. Actual union fee's only around $200-300.

The union itself is only 250.
It is crap, having to pay for 3 organisations, and I hope that the government does something about it.

I don't support VSU (voluntary student unionism), because of the damage to campus life, but I do think fees should be reduced, eg for u guys at Sydney, u should only be made to pay the ~$200 union fee, not sports or other stuff
