I was wondering how the broadway scheme differed in comparison to other unis such as UNSW.

I have heard that it was based on academic merit, instead of being given specific bonus pts like in UNSW's case, in which they determine the amount of points to give each applicant based on their EAS application.

If the broadway scheme is indeed based on academic merit, does this mean that all EAS applicants are considered equal regardless of their application, and are only ranked based on their ATARs, e.g. the EAS cutoff for Combined Law at USYD was 97.55, does this mean all eligible Broadway applicants that applied for LLB@usyd and had an atar above this mark woudlve got in? or does this only apply for SELECTED students that were deemed to have a serious enuf disadvantage.
