yeah i could definitely make it to ryde, thats not too far. as for tutoring in 4U, i start off the foundations for a topic by giving out and thoroughly explaining notes, concepts, ideas, techniques, etc. but i guess what i've notced most about tutoring in 4U is that although the basic theory is reasonably easy to learn, its what u learn from experience that really matters and what i really help out most in - i.e. the quicker, shorter, cuter methods to do a question, as well as those little tips, tricks, manipulations, etc. which are paramount in a lot of questions and which make life so much easier.
i give some homework to the ppl i have right now, but they get heaps from school anyway, so its rarely more than a few hours a week. i do however utilise practice questions and trial paper questions that i've compiled throughout the year as extra practice through the tutoring session.
