if you take out the "Server" lol yes.. it has relations to your scanner drivers... but i've actually never heard of a twain server to be honest.

TWAIN: Technology Without a Interesting Name

TWAIN is a standard for linking applications and image acquisition devices. Not having a TWAIN server I would assume would be your missing the drivers to your scanner.

Edit: Holy crap that last sentence sounded weird when i read it :O
