Transfering from USyd to UoW (1 Viewer)

This isnt for me is for a friend, they are doing engineering at USyd and they want to transfer to Advanced Maths at UoW.
My question is, is it possible for this to be done half way through the year or do they have to wait for the year to finish and then transfer? and also how would the transfer be done?

As far as UOW goes, they are usually easier to deal with directly...ie forget UAC, ring the faculty you want to join and explain your situation. Then they will hold your hand from there.

Get him to give them a call ASAP. They're pretty nice at UOW... depending on who you deal with.
