Hi guys,

Does anyone know if UTS has an equivalent subjects for MQ Uni subjects.
1) Jurisprudence (probably credited as the elective Jurisprudence)
2) Law, Lawyers and Society

So more interested in LLS...... would it be Legal Process and History and/or legal Research?

Thanks for your help.

edit: Jurisprudence is the same as 6cp of unspecified electives (ie Jurisprudence)

Hi again,

At MQ, I will complete Criminal Law and Procedure 1 and 2. However at UTS, it is only Criminal Law.

I have been unable to find a precedent there or anywhere for that matter, so which is more likely:

(a) Exemption just for Criminal Law
OR
(b) Exemption for Criminal Law and elective (as Crim 1 and 2 is done over 2 semesters)

Thanks for your help in advance
