Should I do extension History or not? I enjoy the subject but I am unsure as to wether or not I will be worthwhile for me to do the extension course. And if I cock up the exam will I be severely scaled down?

Cheers and thanks

Do it! You can always drop it if you're finding it too hard or difficult. I find it quite difficult but if you throw yourself into the reading and read beyond the set-texts then it can be very intelectually stimulating. The history project is also a good experience and probably a good preparation for the sort of thing's you'll have to be doing in UNI. If you want to view some examples of history projects, I've started a thread for 2005'ers to post up their projects. It's here- http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=84165

As for the exam, you can deal with that when it comes. Don't worry so much!

Just make sure you love history, and have a solid teacher. It's a *lot* of work for 1 unit, and if you're only really keen on the major work (which most people are) I'd recommend doing EE2 instead.
