prefer the first one as i treat the comma as a placeholder for ‘and’. so a, (and) b, (and) (and) c is redundant.

I use an oxford comma when it's a phrase rather than just a word.

Like, I use "a, b and c", but when it's like "blah blah blah, blah blah blah, and blah blah blah", then you really need the oxford comma there to improve clarity

does this make sense:

a, b and c

OR

a, b, and c
i think what makes sense the most is "a, b, c".

Like in math, when we write the solutions to an equation, we don't write "x = 1, 3, 5 or 7", instead we write "x = 1, 3, 5, 7"

Though if it had to be one, then "a, b, and c" makes the most sense
