Triangle QPS looks like an extension from triangle QSR, and the other triangle is QPR, which already includes the extension so how can they be the same :cry:

Get triangle PQS and QSR, combine them. The resultant area will be the same as triangle PQR

Exactly, how are the two triangles the same then
When you said the two triangles are same did you mean triangle QPR and QSR are the same?
