My teacher's an HSC marker for crime, and he said that was a hard question. but dont feel too bad, cuz they mark the whole answer at once not each part, and then give it a mark, which is fairer. i couldn't write much 4 dat section, only 5.5 pages, but the rest of the paper was easy !!.
multiple choice, i finished in 8 mins.
9.5 pgs for shelter
7 pgs for family and filled up the lines 4 rights
YEAH !!!!!

And who said i don't believe in god or Jesus

Does it mean, you HAVE "TO" attend a catholic school to show your love?

It's exactly the same. (Bloody bastard bos pricks they knew this for sure) Every catholic student would have regurgitated their trial responses.
I did the Catholic trial, and i didnt' regurgitate my Catholic response, because it was shithouse
I dont even remember it

and BTW, why aren't we in the Exam thoughts section??

And by the way, the 8 marker for crime was shiiiiittttttttt
All i knew was extradition, then i had to make up stuff

...say, does anyone know if the International Criminal Court would handle major transnational crimes?

Because in the 8 marker i said "Could be tried in the ICC, but the ICC specialises in larger cases"

The exam was the hardest I have seen for Legal Studies. The first sections were excellent on Human Rights and Law and Society.

Crime is what I predicted, International law, luckily I was prepared, however it was pathetic how they made us write two mini essays to answer the questions and they were based on general knowledge e.g. Community standard, I could not refer to many legal examples, it was based upon the media - a shame considering they got into defences and the real aspects of crime.

Then for the Focus studies. The first options were a quote on compliance, how is one suppose to assess that using their legal knowledge (so I just wrote what I had palnned with references to compliance) and how does one refer to jsutice in society for private law, which is focused on individuals.

Legal studies has many twists and turns in the course, it should have had short answer throughout with one essay.
