Any ideas on relevant texts??

We're doing "Frankestine" for the extension course and have yet to analyse it for the technoculture elements which are evident throughout however my biggest issue at the moment is other texts which demonstrate elements of technoculture. Here's the list we've put together so far but any other ideas would be fantastic as I'm looking for texts which have more of literary worth.

I hope that gives everyone an overall idea of what technoculture involves and if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I'm just not into the whole sci fi/ fantasy sort of genres and so really need help on this one.Thank You.
