Every 4 yrs i think the syllabus changes, so at the end of this yr it supposed to chnage, does any one know if the new yr 12 at the end of this yr will have a new syllabus?

Where did you get this idea that the syllabus changes every 4 (or whatever) years?

New syllabi don't come around every four years - it varies from subject to subject - e.g. Modern and Ancient History had their last syllabus change for Year 11 in 2005 and Year 12 in 2006 (while Extension hasn't had a change since it was introduced over a decade ago).

Year 12 won't get a new syllabus unless there is a new syllabus in Year 11 first.

The BOS issues a new syllabus usually about 6 months or so before implementation into Year 11 so 18 months before Year 12 have to follow it.
