Howdy all you groovy Food Tech people!
Just some business studies aspects in food tech thats bothering me...
A SWOT analysis.
For a multinational company...
Specifically concerning:
"Personell expertise"
"company image"
"financial position"
"production facility"
Now, the task requires that I have 2 points for each of those under all four areas of SWOT.
But im finding that weaknessess are similar as threats for some cases... and don't have anything for personell expertise for weakness, company image for threats and opportunities, nothing for weakness for financial.
So if anyone wants to help out, greatly appreciated.
