Could someone please explain what "suspension of disbelief" is AND how the techiques/how the composer gets the responder to suspend their disbelief.

"suspension of disbelief" is the technique used to make the audience believe in the unbelievable, and suspen their understanding of the real world that disallows certain situations or events to be plausible... The composer achieves this by:
- using langiage of high modality, leaving no room for question.
- Offering no explanation for events, thus forcing the audience to simply accept them.
