Superman-like malware (1 Viewer)

Hay guys, I have a superman-like malware problem here.

Basically I hava a trojan which is slowing down my internet and causing all these pop-ups every 15 minutes or so. I think I got it when going to one of those crackspider websites ...
I'm using IE 7.0.5346.5 beta as well as Mozilla. Got XP Pro.

I have AVG installed and it keeps findings and deleting the trojan (see attached), but it comes back no matter what I do! The names of the trojans I have found are:
- Trojan Horse Dialar.BTC (found in the Windows/Temp... folder)
- Trojan Horse Dialer.Generic.ZTJ (found in the Temporary Internet Files folder)

What I've tried so far:

AVG Free Edition: Finds the cuprits and deletes them (but they come back!)

Spybot: Finds nothing

Ad-aware: Finds nothing

TrojanHunter: Finds Agent 692 and Led.100 which I get rid of.

AboutBuster: Finds nothing

I got HighjackThis, but I dont know whats bad or not (log file attached).

I ran registry mechanic, fixed up all of that.

I cleaned out my windows/temp, windows/prepatch, recycling bin, and temporary internet files folder ...

STILL this thing keeps happening ... any help appreciated.

Try searching around www.download.com and www.webattack.com for various solutions.

If everything else fails, format your PC. in the mean time, tell everyone not to input any passwords or sensitive information into your computer.
